Firm History
Matthew P. Farmer and Timothy J. Fitzgerald established their firm in 1991 focusing their practice on protecting the rights of accused citizens and legal representation in the areas of criminal defense, civil rights litigation, employment discrimination, and environmental litigation. Today they celebrate more than a decade of successful client advocacy in the Tampa Bay area. Together they have been able to create a practice that has earned the respect of their colleagues in the Bar and the trust of the clients they represent. The firm is active in state and local bar associations, and supports numerous pro bono and charitable organizations.
